All rates are per person and include five days of instruction, four nights lodging, daily breakfast and daily lunch. Evening dinners and transportation costs are not included, and are the responsibility of attendees. Cancellations after July 11, 2014, will result in forfeiture of deposit. Cancellations cannot be made after August 15, 2014. You may transfer your reservation to another person. All rates are subject to change.
