All rates are per person and include:
3 full days and 2 half days of instruction with David Taylor or Sue Spargo
4 nights condominium accommodations at the Steamboat Grand Resort Hotel
Daily breakfast and lunch
Opening night wine, beer and hors d'oeuvres reception and Farewell Brunch
Evening dinners, transportation costs, and hotel staff gratuities are not included,
and are the responsibility of attendees.

Quilters attending the event together will be placed in a luxurious
one, two or three bedroom condo according to the number of roommates.
Condos at the Steamboat Grand include separate bedrooms, full kitchen, living area and private bathrooms.
We are not able to handle roommate placement.

This rate is for students who do not wish for us to provide accommodations.
Students may attend the Opening Reception and will be provided with daily lunch.

Bringing a non-participating spouse or friend?
For an additional $350.00 USD, your non-participating spouse or friend
may share your accommodations, enjoy the same provided meals,
and attend the opening night reception and farewell brunch.
Please note: Spouses/friends who are not attending classes may stay in your room at no additional charge.

A $300 deposit is required at the time of registration.
The $749 commuter rate must be paid in full at time of registration.
You may cancel by July 11, 2014, and receive a refund less a $100 service charge.
Cancellations after July 11, 2014, will result in forfeiture of deposit.
Cancellations cannot be made after August 15, 2014.
You may transfer your reservation to another person.
We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
